Each order placed by the user constitutes a separate sales contract between the authorized user and LLC "Collector Tbilisi", defining the subject of sale, price, and delivery location.
To purchase products from Collector Tbilisi, the user must register on the website by filling out a registration form with the following information:
Registration may also occur during the purchasing process.
After selecting a product and adding it to the cart, the user must provide the following information: email, name, mobile number, and delivery address.
To make payment, the user is redirected to a payment page. Before completing the payment, the user must double-check the delivery address and contact information to avoid delays. The user bears responsibility for any delays due to incorrect/incomplete information.
Users can review their order details in their personal account.
Collector Tbilisi reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
The user agrees that delivery may be carried out by a third party on behalf of Collector Tbilisi.
Delivery within Tbilisi is completed within 1–3 calendar days.
Delivery is free to the building entrance (not into the apartment).
Carry-in service fees:
Medium items: 20 GEL
Large items: 50 GEL
Additional 10 GEL per floor for stair carry-in
Regional delivery fees depend on the exact location.
For regional delivery, the buyer must contact a Collector Tbilisi representative via Facebook, Instagram, email, or phone.
Users may receive their orders on both working and non-working days.
Delivery within Tbilisi is completed within 1–3 calendar days from the purchase date.
Delivery is free to the building entrance (not into the apartment).

Regional delivery fees depend on the exact location.
For regional delivery, the buyer must contact a Collector Tbilisi representative via Facebook, Instagram, email, or phone.
All website purchases must be paid for by electronic methods.
Upon order submission, users are redirected to the payment gateway where they enter their card details. The request is processed and confirmed by the bank.
Collector Tbilisi does not have access to the payment page or the user’s card details.
Upon successful payment, a confirmation message is displayed on-screen.
A confirmation email will also be sent to the user.
Based on the user’s interests and with their consent, Collector Tbilisi may use personal information (name, email, and/or phone number) to send promotional offers, discounts, delivery updates, and service improvement notices through direct marketing.
Collector Tbilisi may share personal information with third parties as permitted by Georgian law.
The user gives consent for direct marketing through active behavior (e.g., ticking a checkbox).
The user may withdraw this consent at any time, and Collector Tbilisi will cease marketing activities within a reasonable timeframe, but no later than 5 (five) working days from the request.
Collector Tbilisi reserves the right to unilaterally modify or add to this document at any time by publishing changes on the website. Continued use of the site after changes implies the user’s consent.
