The customer is obligated to inspect the purchased item themselves. After inspection, if any issues are found, the customer has the right to refuse acceptance of the item and request a refund. In this case, the paid amount will be returned to the customer. If the item is accepted and the transportation company has already left the address, the item is not eligible for return.
