Yes, Delivery service is available throughout Georgia.Delivery within Tbilisi is free up to the entrance of the building. If the item needs to be carried upstairs by hand, the cost will be 10 GEL per floor. Transportation to other regions will be calculated individually.

Additionally, if you prefer, you can choose the option of self-pickup at our warehouse. 

In Tbilisi, expect to receive our items within three business days. In other regions of Georgia—in five business days.

Indeed, we can arrange a visit to our warehouse for you. 

Please note that we can only "reserve" the item for one day. 

We do provide the option to return or replace a purchased item. However, to avoid unnecessary transportation, we recommend consulting with us before making your purchase if you have any doubts. We're here to assist you in making the right choice. Please keep in mind that in the event of a return, the shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We arrange the restoration of each item individually with the customer. Depending on your preference, it is possible to restore the item in its original color, transform it, change its color, finish it with matte/semi-gloss/glossy lacquer, or repaint it. Any kind of restoration includes complete sanding, removal of the old finish, restoration of damaged parts, reinforcement, or repair.

To calculate the cost of restoration, please send us a photo of the item. Try to show the entire item, and close-up shots of damaged areas. Please note, we only work on restoring wooden furniture and do not accept orders for upholstered furniture.

The average time for restoring one item is about two weeks. 

You can bring the item to our workshop yourself, located on Besarion Zhgenti Street, Tbilisi, or use our transportation service. To calculate the transportation cost, please send us the pickup and delivery addresses. 

Before restoration begins, 50% of the restoration cost must be transferred to "Collector Tbilisi" bank account, and the remaining 50% is paid upon completion.
